January Favourites

Hi everyone! I haven't done a favourites post in so long because I was being very boring and using the same products ALL the time, however in January I've mixed it up a bit and have found some new products that I've absolutely loved!

- Lush American Cream hair conditioner (250g £9.25). I bought this at their Oxford street store when I was in London after seeing people always raving about their hair products and I'd never actually tried any of them. I picked this one because I absolutely love the smell, it's like a strawberry vanialla milkshake, I love it! The best thing though is I just find that my hair is so much nicer after using it and I find it far easier to tame and make it do what I want, plus I feel like the bottle will last ages so that's always a bonus!

- Nivea Vanilla & Macadamia Lip Butter (£1.99). I got this in a little set of lip tins for Christmas along with a coconut one and I was unsure before I actually smelt it because I really hate nuts, it doesn't smell nutty at all though it has the most amazing vanilla smell, reminds me of baking or cookies! Plus it is so moisturising, my lips feel amazing after I use it. I just really like these because they are so good to put in your bag to use all day, but this is the scent I would recommend because it's so good!

- Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara (£7.99). I am so late to the party with this one! I was using Benefit's Roller Lash and I bought one tube of that and loved it, then bought another when it ran out and it was just never the same, I really didn't like it and I have no idea why it wasn't as good, so I knew that everyone absolutely loved the Maybelline mascara and it's so much cheaper as well so in my head it was a bonus if I liked it because repurchasing wouldn't be as painful! I am so happy it didn't disappoint I absolutely love it! It makes my eyelashes look so much longer and it doesn't make them go clumpy at all, plus it's far less messy than a lot of mascaras I have used where I get it everywhere but I haven't had that problem at all with this.

- MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in Soft & Gentle (£24). I've had this for a while now but I stopped using it when I got the Mary Lou Manizer however I recently dropped and smashed it (it was so sad) so I went back to this to save my buying another and fell in love with it all over again! It gives such a nice subtle glow, I think it is not as in your face as some highlighters but I actually like that because the glow it gives is so natural, but still definitely noticeable! It's also perfect for fair skin tones, and I am so pale at the minute so it works perfectly.

- Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick in Bitch Perfect (£23). The formula of these lipsticks are so amazing, definitely my favourite formula of any lipstick I've used, but I really love this shade because it's such a good day or night lipstick. It's a slightly warm toned pink and I just think it is the prettiest nude shade and I've been loving it for nights out recently, even though it's so creamy it also has really good staying power.

- Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Vanilla (£22). Another product that I'd had for a while and stopped using, however this month I got the worst spot ever on my chin (if I ever get spots that's where they go it's so annoying) and I should of left it alone however I didn't, as none of us do and it went bright red and even bigger so I was having a nightmare! I actually had work on the night and I was so upset in that I had this monster on my chin for everyone to see, however this concealer covered it up so well that it was barely noticeable I couldn't actually believe it. I saw my boyfriend on the night when he picked me up from work and he was all "you can't even see it" then I took my make up off and he just said "oh my god", that's when you know you've got a good concealer! If you want a heavy duty concealer with amazing coverage I would definitely recommend this!

- The Body Shop Strawberry Hand Cream (£4). I've been so obsessed with this all month, it's so affordable and the perfect hand bag size plus it is honestly the nicest smelling hand cream I've ever smelt! It isn't greasy either but it leaves your hands so moisturised, I will probably continue loving this until I've used it all because it smells so good!

I also have been loving one non-beauty favourite in particular, and when I saw loving I mean full on obsessed, basically I'm a die hard Big Brother fan! I've watched it for years now and I get so into it every year, however the Celebrity version is on currently and it has been so amazing and so engrossing! If any of you have seen it or have heard about the Stephanie and Jeremy drama that is definitely the main thing that's had me hooked, it's just made the best TV! I could actually go on about it for so long, but I won't because I know a lot of people really don't like it, it's definitely a love or hate thing. Definitely excited to see the back of January now, let me know in the comments what products you've been loving this month!

Beating The January Blues

Hi everyone! I thought I'd do something a bit different today, a much more chatty post really on how my month has been going but also how I've been dealing with January! I personally agree that January is like the Monday of months, especially as I'm at university so I'm dealing with the excitement of Christmas being over along with an insane amount of deadlines and also that generally rubbish feeling that you get this month! To get me through this month there is definitely a few things I've been doing to keep me plodding along without getting too stressed and miserable, have a read if you want to find out!

- Setting realistic goals. I think a big problem people have this month is that you want to achieve these really big new years resolutions (trust me I've done it as well) and I knew that I have so much going on right now that I needed to be realistic with myself so I don't get my hopes up that I'm going to achieve so much and then it just doesn't happen. I have had so many deadlines this month with university that I knew I wouldn't be able to be at the gym all the time or put up as many blog posts as I'd like, so by setting myself achievable goals among everything else I've been doing it's meant I've been able to get everything done that I would like to, definitely leaves me feeling happy!

- Keeping on top of everything. This definitely was not easy! When I came back to uni after Christmas I had three really difficult assignments due in, along with my job and then blogging as well but I managed to get through it and submit all my work before the actual deadlines which really is the most amazing feeling! It was definitely tough but I just kind of tackled all the work I had head on which is not easy for a procrastinator like me. I've felt on top of blog posts as well which makes me so happy, as I said before I knew I wasn't going to be able to put out lots of content however I've known in advance on what I wanted to put up which was a massive help and it's helped me keep up to date with posting.

- Exercising. This was another difficult one for me! I think that it's easy to say you want to go to the gym in January, especially if you were like me and ate far too much over Christmas however when January comes round it's so difficult to actually get up and do it! I've struggled so much to muster up any gym motivation, if you have too click on that link and have a read, it's got some really small easy steps that can make a big difference! Even just doing a workout DVD at home though made me feel so much better when I don't always have time for the gym, and then when I do get the chance I just force myself in the morning to go to the gym and I will ALWAYS feel better afterwards.

- Eating better. I definitely needed to sort out my diet after December however I struggle so much to eat healthy, so for me it's just about cutting down on junk food that I eat. Don't get me wrong I will have a treat and get a takeaway now and again but I enjoy it so much more after knowing that I've eaten well the rest of the week and that I deserve it. I don't want to go on a crazy diet and lose weight for me it's more about just feeling better in myself. My problem is that I have the worst snacking habits, I'm actually addicted to crisps and I've found that a really good alternative is a raw fruit and nut bar made by a company called Natural Balance Foods, their Nakd* bars are so good as an alternative to things like chocolate bars, they keep you full for a long time and they have a really good range of flavours, my favourites are Cocoa Orange and Gingerbread. Plus they're wheat, dairy and gluten free so they're really healthy and I never feel as guilty when I have one of these instead of a packet of crisps, and they taste really nice which is a bonus!

- Planning exciting things. Definitely the thing that keeps me going the most throughout January is planning lots of fun things for the upcoming year! For the past couple of years my boyfriend and I have always booked our holiday in January and this year we did the same and we booked our holiday to Florida, I'm actually SO excited, we go in November so it's still ages away but there is nothing better than the feeling that you are officially going away. It's also my 21st birthday in February and I have the week off university and work around then so I've been planning some really fun things to do in that week when I have time to do whatever I want, the fact that it is so close 100% keeps me motivated to get through this month, I actually love being a February baby. It's also my boyfriend's 21st in June and his birthday is basically right after I finish university so we have planned his birthday this month and we are off to the Lake District for the weekend to go to South Lake Zoo (if you've never been before you should go, it's so amazing) and also to do Go Ape segways and their zip trekking adventure which isn't the course in the trees but you go and do seven ziplines over Grizedale forest, it looks so fun but really scary because you're so high but I can't wait! We are also possibly planning a few days away in Madrid in July but it all depends on his job. You can definitely tell I like to keep myself busy this month planning lots of fun stuff.

- Taking time to chill out. This is so important for me, when I'm so busy I tend to get caught up and never be able to relax but I've actually been taking any day where I am free and doing something nice with it, I met up with my friend who I worked with for a long time before she got a new job and we took her dog out for a walk and it was so nice to just catch up, it's definitely small things like that which make me feel the most chilled out. I also went to London with my boyfriend because we had hardly been able to spend any days together because of our schedules so we grabbed the first free day we could and did something fun together which I think is so important because I feel so down if I feel like we never have the chance to do anything!

January definitely is not an easy month for me and I will be so glad to see the back of it however I like to think I've made it a bit nicer for myself, however I am so ready for February! Let me know in the comments what you've been doing to get through January!

Becca Backlight Priming Filter

Hi everyone! If you've been reading my posts before then you might have realised by now that I'm primer obsessed, I really buy into the hype and I think they are so necessary to help makeup sit better on my skin. I got the Becca Backlight Priming Filter for Christmas, I've been really wanting to try more Becca products, my favourite YouTuber Jaclyn Hill always talks about them which is kind of where my fascination started plus they always seem to have really good reviews on their products. This is one of the products that she raved about which really made me want to try it so I was so excited to get it as a present!

One thing I really love about Becca is how nice the packaging is (it should for the price!), the picture really doesn't do this justice, it comes in a really lovely frosted glass bottle and I think it just has that luxurious feel.

It's basically described as an illuminating primer that is "the ultimate foil for dull skin showing signs of fatigue". Any products that claim to help with dull skin have me sold because that is one of things I really don't like about my skin, it just constantly looks tired and dull. It's also claimed that this primer has "ultra-subtle, soft focus pigments that blur the visibility of imperfections - refracting and diffusing light to lend skin a flawless lit from within look". I absolutely love that description, it just sounds like it will give you really lovely radiant looking skin and who doesn't want that? This is why I was so hopeful that it would live up to expectations!

I really love the thick consistency of this primer, it's so creamy but at the same time once it's blended it doesn't feel heavy on the skin at all. It's got a really nice champagne colour before you blend it, but it doesn't add any colour to your skin at all which is a bonus for me as I'm so pale at the minute and I don't want to look like my makeup is too dark for me!

You can see in the pictures what it looks like halfway through blending and then once it's fully blended. I absolutely love how it looks on the skin! I was really hoping it would live up to it's promising description and I'm so happy that it did. It looks quite shimmery in the photos however I don't think it sits shimmery on the skin, just really nice and radiant. I completely get the "lit from within" claim, it looks like you have really nice radiant skin, not that you are wearing a product that is making your skin like this. The one thing I will say is that whilst it makes the skin appear naturally glowy, it wasn't as moisturising as I thought it would be. It is moisturising don't get me wrong but I thought it would be really hydrating, when I first used it I was a bit disappointed but that day my skin was SO dry however since I've been far more consistent with a skincare routine and keeping my skin moisturised I noticed the biggest difference. My skin is still dry so if you do have dry skin I would recommend this however if it's crazy dry I would probably opt for a primer really focused on hydrating your skin.

This was bought from Cult Beauty for £32, so it's a really expensive primer which I wouldn't really want to use everyday just because repurchasing it often would be so pricey! I think though, if I'm going to be using this a bit more sparingly it's perfect for nights out or occasions because it will make you look so glowy and radiant, or in the summer when you want that really dewy look. As far as affecting the longevity of my makeup I really don't think that this makes a difference, it just changes the appearance of my makeup instead. I would still definitely recommend though if you love the glowy look, let me know in the comments if you've tried this product and what you think!

Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask

Hi everyone! On my blog I rarely ever focus on skincare and that's definitely because I am the first to admit that I have neglected my skin in the past, I just never saw the point in it and I thought that having to buy skincare was such a chore and it led to my skin being in poor condition. I finally decided to sort my skincare routine out when I realised I was buying all these really cool make up products but they didn't look at all how I wanted them to look on myself because my skin was so bad. I just felt like my make up didn't look good on my skin at all and it led to me investing a lot more into a better skincare routine. Whilst my biggest problem is dry, dull skin I also have a problem with pores and blackheads on my nose so I felt like I needed to get some products to help, I was in London recently and Selfridges had an Origins counter and I have recently seen Zoella talking about how much she loves their Active Charcoal Mask and the sales assistant was telling me it was their most popular mask so I thought why not try it out and see if it works for me!

"Active Charcoal acts like a magnet to draw out deep dwelling pore-cloggers, White China Clay absorbs environmental toxins. Lecithin dissolves impurities. Without all that "stuff" down there, skin "breaths a sigh of relief"".

I'd always just used face masks for fun in the past and never part of a skincare routine so I was actually quite excited to try this and see how it felt. I do have a problem with my skin rarely feeling fresh and clean, especially as some days when I have university 9-4 and then work 6-10 I will be wearing make up all day and my skin feels so cakey and gross by the end of it so I absolutely love that this claims to get rid of all that and make your skin really clean.

I was definitely a bit intimidated by this product as first as the colour of it is a bit scary! You do look a bit like the moon face emoji when you're wearing it but it washes off absolutely fine, it didn't stain my skin like I was worried it would. The consistency of it is so nice, I think sometimes face masks actually can feel like clay, but this is quite light and creamy for a mask and I found that it didn't feel too heavy once you had applied it. There is a slight scent to this product, nothing overpowering though, I was a bit indifferent to it really it didn't have a scent I loved but it didn't have a scent I hated which is a bonus because I was also scared it would have a weird smell!

When I applied it I didn't have to use a lot of product at all, it's so good because I've used it a few times and it still looks like I've hardly used any so you get really good value for money. It dried very quickly, it did dry quite firm so your face did feel quite tight but I always like that because it makes me think it's actually working! I don't know if anyone found this but I felt like it was heating up slightly when it was drying, I'm unsure if this is just me because I hadn't seen anything about it heating up anywhere before so I'd love to know if anyone else has tried this and found the same thing. I left it on for about 10 minutes while I was in the bath and just rinsed it off, thankfully as I mentioned before it didn't stain which I was so worried it would and that I'd be looking like the moon face emoji for a couple of days! The first thing I notice when I wash it off is how much fresher my skin feels, it really does feel so clean and I completely understand what it means when the packaging says your skin will breathe a sigh of relief because that's exactly how it feels! In terms of blackheads after using the blackheads on my nose did look slightly reduced, it definitely wasn't a miracle worker that got rid of them in one go but I did see an improvement so I'm excited to keep using it and seeing how it works.

I really would recommend this product, the only issue is that it is quite expensive, I bought mine for £23 however you get 100ml of product and I think it will last you a really long time, it is recommended that you use it once a week or as often as needed so I think I will have this product for a while. It is also a really good investment if you are wanting to see and feel a change in your skin which really was a must for me, I'm definitely more willing now to spend money on skincare because my skin really does need sorting! Let me know in the comments if you've tried this or any other face masks from Origin!

January Glossybox

Hi everyone! Today's post is a little different for me because it's my first Glossybox! I signed up in December because I'd been wanting to try a subscription box for a while now but I couldn't really find one that I liked that was also good value. I really wanted the Cohorted one but I could never justify £35 a month on a subscription box, so I went for Glossybox which is really popular and only £10 plus p+p so I thought why not. I absolutely love surprises so for me it's like getting a present every month and I also wanted to branch out and try new brands so I thought this would be a really good way to do so. I actually did receive a starter kit box in December but I wanted to wait until I got my first monthly box before I did a post on it.

"Usually January is about giving something up: this year we didn't want to think about what we shouldn't do, but what we should. That's why Glossybox is declaring 2016 the year of more."

- Unani Dermo Defense face mask (RRP £11.36). I absolutely love this it's probably my favourite product in the box! It's a really nice light face mask that provides protection, nutrition and hydration whilst removing impurities. You have to apply it once or twice a week, I've already used it and I really like it, it smells amazing and it felt so soothing on the skin. Afterwards my skin just felt so much cleaner and refreshed plus it's great for sensitive skin this is definitely a good one!

- Time Miracle Cellular Repair Serum (RRP full size £38). This is a luxury size sample of this product and you do get a lot so I'm not bothered that it's not the full size, I really like this too it's an organic skincare brand called Madara and this serum is supposed to improve the smoothness of the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Again this one I love, it has a bit of a strong smell that I can't put my finger on what it is, I think some people for love it, for me it's not my favourite mostly because I'm so confused of what it reminds me of! This is really good to use after a toner and I felt like my skin just felt a bit bouncier after use, can't comment on the reduction of fine lines or wrinkles though because I haven't been using it long enough but I do like it so far.

- Teeez Cosmetics Oasis Gem Lipstick in Coral Onyx (RRP £11.93). I've never heard of this brand before so this was an interesting one to get, this lipstick claims to have a satin matte finish and lasts for 8 hours, I do really like the formula it's creamy and pigmented whilst still slightly matte, so it's not too drying. However for me the colour just isn't for January at all, I would have loved to have received this in the summer so it will probably be going back in the makeup bag for now until summer comes around and I want my coral shades (swatches pictured below).

- Glossybox eyeshadow in Glossy Mauve (RRP £7.10). I was really surprised when I saw this as I didn't even know Glossybox made eyeshadows however I was even more surprised at how much I like it! It's a satin finish and the actual colour when I first saw was a bit indifferent as it's never a colour I would normally choose however it's so pretty! (swatches pictured below)

- Nicka K Airbrush FX Blending Sponge (RRP £6.50). I'd been wanting a new blending sponge for a while as I recently had to throw my Real Techniques one out after not taking care of it and letting it get too gross so this was more of a helpful item in the box as it saved me buying a new one, I haven't been able to try it yet so can't comment on the application of it, however I was disappointed when I received this in the box because I actually got the same sponge last month in my starter kit! So I was a bit confused as to why I now had two and wondered if this is a regular thing from Glossybox however I received and email a few days later saying there was an issue with my order and I wasn't supposed to received this product again, so next month they will be putting an extra item in my box which is always nice!

I'm definitely really loving Glossybox so far and I was impressed with the first box, even though they have sent me the same item twice they made up for it my emailing me to let me know I'll get an extra product in next months box. Postage was so quick too which was also a bonus but I'm mostly impressed with the value for money you get, for £10 plus your postage I think is really good and I would definitely recommend this service! Let me know in the comments if you've used any subscription boxes and what your favourite ones are! Also I hope you all are having a lovely January, it really isn't the best month ever, I've actually just handed in 3 assignments over the last two weeks whilst juggling a dissertation so it hasn't been a good start to the year but the stress is over at least for now so that's some consolation!

Becca Afterglow Palette

Hi everyone! I thought I'd do a little review today on a palette that I got for Christmas which I'm loving and that is the Becca Afterglow palette. I only got introduced to this brand at Christmas, I'd heard a lot about them and how people were loving them so I really wanted to try some products, this was bought from Cult Beauty along with one of their primers and I really love it because the products inside are generally really different from things I'd typically use, aside from one of the highlighters and I'm enjoying it a lot!

In this palette you get three highlighters and two blushers for £34 I believe, and I think when you are new to a brand like me sometimes it is better to invest in these palettes to find out what you like, the full size highlighters alone are £30 so they definitely aren't cheap so I think when you don't know what you love yet it is better to buy these sorts of products.

I absolutely love the packaging it's so pretty, only thing is though it is the type that will keep every finger print that lands on it, I find that so annoying because it's actually so gorgeous when it's brand new and the second you pick it up there is finger prints all over it. One thing I will say about this palette is that it is so much smaller in person and the pans themselves are very small. It's a bonus because it's perfect for travelling because you get a mixture of products in one slimline palette however I was surprised when I received it because of it's size.

The three highlighters you get from left to right are Moonstone, Rose Gold and Topaz. The thing that I have heard the most about Becca is how much people rave over their highlighters so I was so excited to try them out! Moonstone would be something that I would flock to straight away so that is definitely my favourite from the palette followed by Rose Gold then Topaz. The quality of them all is absolutely amazing they are so pigmented and shimmery.

Left to right: Moonstone, Rose Gold, Topaz

The only one I'm a bit iffy about is Topaz which is a golden copper bronze, purely because at the minute it doesn't suit my skin tone, however when I'm tanned I think I could get away with it when I'm wanting that really bronzey look. It would make an amazing eye shadow however because it's so pigmented and shimmery that I think it would look so gorgeous on the centre of the lid. Moonstone is a pale gold shade which I absolutely love, I'm currently the palest I will most likely be all year in January so this is perfect for me, Rose Gold which is a golden rosy pink I really love, this is something I would never normally choose for a highlighter but I actually really like it, again I also think this would look good as an eye shadow and maybe dusted a tiny bit or the top of your blush.

You then have your two mineral blushes which are Wild Honey and Flowerchild. I just want to point out that these are so creamy, the quality really is amazing!

Wild Honey, Flowerchild

Wild Honey (peachy nude) is so different from anything I would ever choose normally, I'm actually quite boring with blush choice all I have is muted pinks and corals really, so again in the summer when I'm tanned and what to look very bronzed I think this would be amazing! Flowerchild is a peach pink with gold flecks and this is definitely more to what I would normally go for, it looks very different in the pan than it does when swatched which I think you can tell from the pictures. One thing I will say is that a little of this really does go a long way, the first time I applied it I picked up on my brush the standard amount I would do for any blush and I literally looked a bit like a clown it was so pigmented and bright, so definitely only use a tiny amount of this it's all you will need!

My biggest issue with this palette as I said before is the size of the pans, this is mostly a problem when you are trying to pick up product with your brush because you have to stop it from going in the other pans and then product starts to go everywhere and it turns into a bit of a mess! It's not impossible to use you just have to be careful, even if the pans were more spaced apart that would help but never mind! The quality of the palette really does live up to everything I've heard however, and I think there is something for everyone in it as well because all the shades are so different. Whilst some aren't the most wearable they would look so nice for specific looks and I can't wait to use them all! Let me know in the comments if you've tried any Becca products and what you think!

Calling All University Students!

Hi everyone! I'd never normally post something like this on here but I'm a bit desperate haha! I'm currently in my 3rd year of university and am writing my dissertation based on the factors that determine student happiness. To take part you have to be over 18 and currently studying at university. It would be a massive help if anyone could take part, it will take no longer than 15 minutes, all you have to do is let me know your email address and I will send you an email back with all the materials and information you will need. You only need to complete three short forms and a consent form and that's it! I need around 50 participants so I'd be grateful for anyone's help!

If you'd like to take part you can email me at my university email which is N3042613@live.tees.ac.uk letting me know and I will send everything over. Again any help would be so good, thank you!!

What I Got For Christmas 2015

Hi everyone and happy new year! This post is going up a little later than I had planned because I was in two minds about doing it, I personally love seeing what everyone got for Christmas and it also inspires me to go out and look for new products seeing what everyone else got! However I never want to come across as bragging or spoilt so I was unsure as to whether to post this, however on my most recent post at the end I asked what people's thoughts were and a few people gave me a positive response saying they love reading them too and that I should just go for it, so I'm going to!

I just picked out a few of my favourites that I wanted to share with you, I'm so grateful for all the lovely presents from my boyfriend and my family and I'm so happy I got to spoil them in return!

My two favourite presents are definitely my Ted Baker suitcase and my Ted Baker handbag, I knew I was getting the suitcase and I was so obsessed with it, I don't have a small case for weekends away or a carry on and I didn't want to get the big case in this size as I hate when you go on a plane and your case gets taken into the hold and you get it back on the other end and it's all damaged and bashed about, this was far too pretty for that so I was only interested in the small size! I didn't know about the handbag and my boyfriend had hidden it inside the suitcase, so I got that last and he told me to open it and it was inside so that was a lovely surprise.

- The Body Shop Strawberry Body Mist.
- Ari by Ariana Grande
- I Am Juicy by Juice Couture
- I love...Raspberry & Blackberry body mist

Can I just add that Ariana Grande's perfume smells absolutely amazing! Celebrity perfumes can definitely be a bit iffy but I am obsessed with this one, it's so different to anything I own, quite sweet with a vanilla scent and the bottle is so cute! You can't really see on the picture but there is a little white pom pom attached to the bottle which I love.

- Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bon palette
- Zoeva Cocoa Blend palette
- Becca Backlight Priming Filter
- Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G in Bitch Perfect
- Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Pillowtalk
- Becca Afterglow Palette
- Nars blush in Orgasm

Just like to add if anyone would like a review on any of these new products let me know in the comments, I'm so excited to try them!

This is another of my favourites, I'd had an Olivia Burton watch for a while and loved it but I wanted something a bit more dressy and I was in Ernest Jones in October I think it was and fell in love with this Marc Jacobs rose gold watch so I was given it as a present and I love it!

I think this is a new craze that people are getting into right now, but my sister has been collecting these Pop! bobble heads for a while now and I thought they were so cute so she got me two Disney princesses for Christmas, I got Belle and Rapunzel who comes with Pascal and they are so cute! It's something totally random but I actually love them, she told me they were really addictive if you start getting some and I understand now because I want more. They have basically any character you can think of, you can find them on Amazon and I want to collect all the Disney princesses, I just need a place to put them now!

I got this Topshop hottie which I had no idea about, it's definitely up there with my favourite presents because it's so cute! I've never used a hottie before and I'm almost reluctant to use this because I just think it looks so cute in it's box, I love a good hot water bottle but I think if this stays warm for a while I will definitely prefer it. Also look at it's little slippers! They are little bears with ears I had to take another picture because they're just so cute.

I got skincare sets and cosy pajamas which are definitely a must at Christmas and some Lush products (another essential). My boyfriend bought be the tin of 6 Butterbears from Lush because I fell in love with them, definitely my favourite bath bomb but they are only around for Christmas which makes me sad! Also I got the 1kg bottle of Snow Fairy because I'm obsessed and I can't deal with it not being in store anymore for another year. I also got a new No7 mirror because mine was so old and cracked I was in dire need, but it's the best thing ever to have a brand new clear mirror to do your makeup in where you can actually tell what you're doing! I'm now off to get ready and spend New Years day at my boyfriend's house eating hot roast beef sandwiches (the best thing ever) and chilling out before I have to do an insane amount of uni work starting tomorrow, holidays are officially over! Let me know in the comments if you've done a What I Got For Christmas post, I'd love to read it!
